Terms of Use
The rules for playing DRNO Battle Royale.
1. About these terms
DRNO Battle Royale at battle.drnocmms.com is run by DRNO (India) ("DRNO", "we"). By playing you agree to these terms. Players aged 13 to 17 should have a parent or guardian's permission.
2. Free to play
The game is free. There are no purchases, no real-money prizes and no gambling. Items found in matches have no real-world value.
3. Fair play
- Do not cheat, use bots or modify the game to gain an advantage.
- Do not attack, overload or disrupt the game server.
- Choose a respectful nickname. Do not use names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, or that pretend to be someone else, and do not use your real full name.
We may remove players or close rooms that break these rules.
4. Online service
Online matches depend on our server and your internet connection. The service may be slow to start, interrupted or changed at any time. Matches are not saved.
5. Health and safety
Photosensitivity warning. The game has flashing lights and fast motion. If you have epilepsy or have ever had a seizure, ask a doctor before playing. Stop at once if you feel dizzy, have blurred vision, twitch or feel unwell. Take a break of at least 10 minutes every hour.
6. Our content
The DRNO name and logo, the game's characters, map, weapons designs, code, sounds and text belong to DRNO, except for the open-source parts listed on our credits page. This is an original game. It is not connected with, or endorsed by, any other game publisher. You may not copy, re-host or sell the game without our written permission. Sharing a link is welcome.
7. No warranty and limitation of liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, DRNO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction.
